BT have a great phone and web based conference service called BT MeetMe, but for it to be successful, and for people to use it, they need people to understand how to use it.
Binamic created an online tutorial using flash, which recreated the MeetMe application and allowed users to fully interact whilst being guided with on-screen prompts and voice over.
